a shout out to all those who believe in me

Today’s post is going out to all my readers and supporters.

In this world of hustle and bustle we often forget to say thank you so today I thought I’d take the time to thank you for taking the time to read my posts.

For the better part of the past 11 years I have been going it alone in business.

It wasn’t always easy but during that time I have met some incredible people who believed in me.

I may not be perfect, nor do I pretend to be, but I do try to give people 110% at everything I do.

Maybe I’m old school but I believe that our word means something.

Once I give my word I feel I have a responsibility to follow through even if I don’t really want to.

Whether it’s at work, the community, with my friends, or at home with my family the same rule applies.

If someone really needs my help, I will be there because I know if the situation were reversed I would want their help.

I believe in paying back what I owe any way I can.

The other day I got in touch with a friend who always had faith in me and I asked him if he might be interested in some of the study material I have.

He said “Yes” so I let him borrow a few.

Two days later he sent me a nice email to thank me for lending him such great material.

No thanks necessary – I’m glad I could help.

Another client had never heard of some of the movies I recommended but she went and borrowed a few – she thoroughly enjoyed them.

That’s music to my ears.

I never get tired of hearing someone tell me how much they appreciated my suggestions.

I do my best to pass along good information, ideas, techniques, stories, messages, lessons, tips, tricks and whatever I can think of that will help people live their lives in a better way.

The last thing I want to do is waste their time.

I don’t want someone to come back to me and say, “Hey, you said…”

I’m sure you can finish off the sentence.

I’m happy, if you’re happy. I’ve always believed in the idea that if I smile cuz I get something then I’m happy.

But if I give something to someone and they smile, we’re both happy.

Giving is magical.

Hopefully the people that I’ve been lucky enough to meet, talk to, share ideas with, and laugh with know just how much I appreciate their trust in me.

And I will continue to do my best for them.

I may not be perfect, I may not be right, but I do give it all I’ve got.
